We are bombarded on a daily basis with society trying to pass off homosexuality as the norm. There are even studies that now say people are born homosexuals. Homosexuals want equal rights. They want to be able to marry and have what they call normal families without prejudice. Here in lies the problem, God created Adam and Eve and commanded them to go multiply. He did not make Adam and Steve or Eve and Louise. He made man that they fit together as one as He did with animals as well. Being so against homosexuality and other sexual sins He destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. He did not make someone a homosexual just as He did not make someone a pedophile.  One cannot put an object together by using two bolts or by using two nuts. The object takes one male bolt and one female nut. We all understand the concept. Some just want to change it. Homosexuality is just people’s sick twisted sexual desires as is being a pedophile, bisexual, dominatrix or any other twisted sexual tendencies. The world needs to take a better stand on the issue. Bill Clinton let them out of the closet and now they want to be treated as our equals. Well if they should be treated as a Heterosexual married couple then I guess you should say the same about pedophiles. They just want to be happy too. If we give in to the homosexuals and keep letting society flood our media and our lives with the examples homosexuals set then how long do you think we as a race will become extinct? It does take male and female to procreate. Without the man there is no sperm and without the woman there is no egg and it takes both of these combined. Yes, there are those out there practicing being God and creating babies in a dish for homosexual couples. That isn’t right either. Children should not be allowed to grow up in the home of homosexuals. We were never meant to have two dad raising kids or two moms raising kids. All children need the nurturing of a mother and the sternness of a father. Both were made to become one and both compliment each other in raising a family when it is done properly.

The Godhead

I recently attended a memorial service for a little eight year old boy killed in a car accident. The days leading to the service had been hard to fathom. A young child happy and so full of life one minute gone in a blink of an eye. I and my family sat there grieving with his family and friends. We listened to the words of the preacher who is not of the same faith as I and my family. In his words of trying to comfort the family he said some things that really bothered me. He talked of God watching us here and seeing that we were so imperfect that we’d never make it back on our own so in His infinite wisdom and unconditional love He parted the heavenly curtain and came down as the Son. In his understanding God and Jesus are one being. That brought to my mind a conversation a friend had with a young man on this same subject. The young man had said that he believed that Jesus prayed to himself for himself while on this earth and that He answered himself. That sounds so deceitful and I know that my brother and Savior, Jesus Christ lived a perfect life and would show no deceit. My faith and the scriptures teach that we have a Heavenly Father and a brother, Jesus Christ. They are two separate and distinct beings with one purpose. The apostles John and Paul both wrote that they saw Jesus sitting on the right hand of God. The scriptures tell us that The Father spoke from heaven after His son was baptized by John the Baptist. Jesus spoke of His Father often, prayed to His father and when He was nailed to the cross, He commended His spirit into the hands of His father. He always gave all of the glory to His father. Even Paul said he prayed to the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ. I know that different people interpret scripture in different ways but I don’t know how the scriptures I have read and studied have been so misinterpreted and how anyone can go solely on what preachers and others tell them. Everyone should study and pray to know truths for themselves. In my faith we have a living prophet on this earth today. He gives such great counsel and wisdom and even he will ask us to pray to know for ourselves if what he tells us or teaches us is true. When the scriptures tell us that God the Father, God the Son, and the Holy Ghost are one it is the same concept of a husband and wife being one. They are all one in their purpose and united in all that they do but still are separate and distinct individuals. I am so grateful to know that I have a Father in Heaven that loves me. He loved me so much that he allowed His beloved son to come to this earth and show us by His example the things we need to do to get back to the Father. He allowed His son to be tried and tested and even sacrifice His life for us His brothers and sisters. Our Heavenly Father also gave us the Holy Ghost to comfort and guide us to truths. I know that Jesus Christ would do nothing to deceive us. He loved us so much that He atoned for our sins in the Garden of Gethsemane and then died for us on the cross so that we would have a way to overcome death. He is alive today and I am grateful for His sacrifice and love for me. I know that when I pray I am praying to my Heavenly Father through my Savior, Jesus Christ. I know He hears and answers my prayers. If you are reading this pray to know if what I have written is true or not. I know that you will receive an answer if you sincerely want to know. If you find my words to be true, I can lead you to even more truths. I leave these words with you in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
